Team Nights
Team Nights are a dedicated space aimed at supporting churches and their creative teams, including those involved in Front of House (FOH), video, media teams, children’s, youth, and adult worship, as well as everyone who contributes to facilitating weekend worship moments. At HWC, we believe in the importance of gathering to refuel, refocus, and refresh both locally in Phoenix and beyond.
We feel a calling to extend this opportunity to worship teams through these nights. Our vision is to come together with your team in your chosen space to share a meal, engage in fellowship, and immerse ourselves in worship. Our goal is to create an environment where the Holy Spirit can move freely, revealing God's designs and desires through worship, sharing the Word, and experiencing God-breathed moments as we draw closer to Him.
You can choose a date and location that best suits your team, whether it be at your church facility or another location of your choosing. While we often plan these events for Friday evenings, we are flexible and will coordinate specifics as the date approaches to accommodate the schedules and availability of your team members.

Intensive Workshops & Retreats
Join us for a day or weekend retreat centered around worship, creativity, and community through our Worship & Songwriting Workshops. These gatherings are designed to create space for worship leaders, musicians, songwriters, and creatives to grow spiritually while developing their creative expression in a Christ-centered environment.
Hosted in a warm and welcoming setting, each workshop offers intentional time to slow down, connect, learn, and create together.

In addition to hosting our own workshops, we also partner with churches to create customized worship and songwriting intensives for their teams. Whether your desire is to strengthen your worship culture, develop songwriters, or create deeper unity within your team, we would love to come alongside you.
HWC works directly with each church to coordinate dates, structure, and location, creating an experience tailored to your community.
These workshops are an opportunity to grow in both worship and creativity while building meaningful connection with others pursuing the heart of God.
Heart Worship Village (8 -week cohort)

Coming Soon — An Invitation to practice the presence of God Deeper Dive is an upcoming in-person space for real-time discovery in the presence of God. It’s being prayerfully developed for those who are hungry to grow—not just in skill, but in intimacy with God, confidence in leading, and deeper sensitivity to His voice.
These gatherings will be intentionally small, creating room for creatives and worship leaders to step forward with courage, honesty, and expectancy. Together, we’ll practice leading worship, sharing devotional thoughts, encouraging one another, and learning how to respond to what God is doing in the moment.
Deeper Dive will be more than just a night to sing. It will be a space to slow down, listen, take risks, and grow alongside a trusted community pursuing the presence of God together.
