Team Nights are a dedicated service aimed at supporting churches and their staff members, including those involved in Front of House (FOH), video, media teams, children’s, youth, and adult worship, as well as everyone who contributes to facilitating weekend worship moments. At HWC, we believe in the importance of gathering to refuel, refocus, and refresh both locally in Phoenix and beyond.

We feel a calling to extend this opportunity to worship teams in the valley through what we call "Team Nights." Our vision for these nights is to come together with your team in your chosen space to share a meal, engage in fellowship, and immerse ourselves in worship. Our goal is to create an environment where the Holy Spirit can move freely, revealing God's designs and desires through worship, sharing the Word, and experiencing God-breathed moments as we draw closer to Him.

You can choose a date and location that best suits your team, whether it be at your church facility or another location of your choosing. While we often plan these events for Friday evenings, we are flexible and will coordinate specifics as the date approaches to accommodate the schedules and availability of your team members.

Schedule:

Dinner: Enjoy a pizza and salad dinner provided by us from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

Team Fun: Engage in 15 minutes of games and activities to foster team bonding.

Worship: Spend an hour in worship from 6:45 PM to 7:45 PM, allowing time for deep connection and spiritual renewal.

Encouragement:
Receive uplifting words and encouragement from 7:45 PM to 8:15 PM.
Prayer and Ministry Time: Conclude with a time for prayer and ministry from 8:15 PM to 8:45 PM, inviting the Holy Spirit to work personally in each attendee's life.
